When we first engaged Cindy Albrecht during our search for a new home, we were at a vulnerable stage in our lives, with one of us having just suffered a near death experience that prompted a search for a specific type of home.

Rose and I have been married for 32 years. We had bought 6 houses during that time. Twenty one of those years have been spent living in our house on 10 acres, west of Barrie. We decided to make the move to buy down and travel. We had put many renovation hours and dollars in our house and wanted a certain price for it. It was also going to be an emotional move. While watching the MLS my wife had a question and phoned an agent from the Real Estate Book. She seemed very nice and professional so when we were ready to list we invited her to the house….and….
We can’t stop talking about her. Cindy’s work is that of a true professional. She is honest, reliable and goes that extra mile, often doing her own work and the other agent’s work, to get the job done. Behind that soft spoken exterior is a brain with great negotiation skills along with a true work ethic.
We call her superwoman as she managed to get our house up and listed with pictures and measurements in one day….. Previous experience with a team of three agents and a secretary took over two weeks and it still wasn’t correct.
The office gals, Sharon and Mary, are also very professional and friendly.
Cindy is a class act with a smart modern way of thinking. She puts in more than an honest days work, all the while making sure she gives us feed back and updates and returns our phone calls as promptly as she can. During negotiations she did not pressure us at all. She made time for us when we found our dream house and wanted to book a showing and put an offer in before it went on the MLS, with little or no notice for her. Cindy Albrecht did a fantastic job selling our house and helping us buy another!! We were selling our house in the winter months and would often have to book times to look at houses in the late, cold evenings. Cindy was always accomodating and would never say no to the late night showings.
We have children and she was always so kind & giving to them! They would come with us sometimes to look at houses and she would watch them as we looked around.
